Where do your products come from?
Every piece is hand-selected from independent makers and small studios across the United States and beyond. Each order ships directly from the maker who created it.
Why might my order arrive in more than one package?
Because each piece ships from its own maker, an order with several items may arrive in separate boxes on different days. You will receive tracking for each one.
How long does shipping take?
Most orders ship within 1 to 5 business days and arrive 3 to 10 business days after shipping. See our Shipping page for details.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the United States.
What is your return policy?
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items can be replaced or refunded within 14 days of delivery. For anything else, contact us within 14 days before sending a return. See Returns & Exchanges.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Many of our candles and gift sets arrive gift-boxed by their makers. Product pages note when a piece comes gift-ready.
What does Maison mean?
Maison means house. Maison Creole Compass is our luxury home, fragrance, and travel line, rooted in Haitian heritage and made for everyone.
